terrible service. Called twice to instruct for a house sale, Didn't return my calls. Then wouldn't let me complain about the service. Doesn't inspire confidence in their a service at all. Poor.

has parking and nice admin support staff (Gina) Jackie Bowry is a decent family lawyer with whom i felt assured shed do a good job. i deducted 1* for a slight lack of communication but as I'm on legal aid I can't really complain as I've had a very decent service.

Without the diligent attention to detail and dogged determination of Mrs Smith, my naïvety may have cost me thousands of pounds.
The service, response and attention to detail ensures that they will always have my custom and I feel very safe and secure knowing that such talented persons are looking after my interests.

Am disgusted with lack of communication, losing of a death certificate and then dropping the handling of mums will and estate saying they think there will be disputes by siblings which they don't have the area of expertise to deal with, which contradicted what they told mum in front of a witness when she first took up their services as executor. They said there was two executors, one the handle the finances, the other to deal with the family. They didn't even call the beneficiaries in to do the will reading and determine if agreements could be made, they dropped the case a few weeks after mums death. I believe they did nothing prior to dropping the case and were very abrupt in informing me why. They have left us in a real mess now :(
