Mr Wilde Senior delegated my house sale conveyance to his son Ben.Unfortuneatly didnt mention that (at the time) he wasn't qualified. he may still be unqualified. I should have been told.!!! This lack of expertise resulted in a serious mistake and caused us much worry and stress..which is ongoing.
