Gibson Young was suggested to me as a trustworthy and reliable conveyancer for my flat sale, with Tilly being recomended in particular. My flat had been on the market for c.18 months so when I eventually got an offer post-covid, I was keen to move quickly. Tilly was excellent at every step, and with me being a complete novice, provided help and reassurance every step of the way. Tilly was responsive to both myself and the buyer's solicitor, and I always felt like we were one step ahead. Would 100% recommend Gibson Young.

Although Gibson Young were very good during the purchase of my property, follow-up and communication has been terrible to the point of beyond rude since. I have emailed, phoned and left messages multiple times only to be met with silence from all except the poor person who answers the phone and takes messages. I would not recommend to others.

This is the second time I have used Gibson Young solicitors and they have been excellent throughout. Both Shamila and Adam were professional, supportive and maintained communication with me as needed. I had various delays due to the buyer’s side however I could not have wished for better representatives to guide me through the stressful process. Gibson Young carried out the conveyancing for a property I bought and I was pleased with them throughout the process. Tilly and Joelle worked on my purchase and they guided me through each step of the process which I found particularly helpful since this was my first property purchase. They were very thorough, identifying several important risks around the property purchase, and carried out the work in a timely way. At a critical stage in the process I caught Covid-19 and I was particularly impressed by how Joelle was able to swiftly adapt and come up with a way to complete the purchase when I was not able to physically attend the Gibson Young offices.

Have used Gibson Young on many occasions over the years and they have always provided a very professional service. This time we were selling our home. Everything went super smoothly.
