AWFUL MONEY GRABBERS .DO NOT GO THERE AS THEY REALLY PUT MONEY FIRST RATHER THAN CLIENT CARE .
I was going through a divorce few years back and as a vulnerable woman with 2 children approached slater bradley for help through it ,i paid more than 40 thousand pounds and they totally messed me about and didnt advise me that it was not worth persuing certain areas but natasha sigh and john slater demanded more money on account which i had to borrrow and they were taking on too many clients at one time just because they wanted more money and not individual caring attention .John slater made me cry infront of him as he kept hold of my money which was put into a client account from the sale of one of my properties that i received from my exs solicitor and without my consent ,i went to collect the money cheque from him as i was desperate and he swallowed it into his account .i was in tears and all he did was to threaten me to call police to escort me out ,all i was doing was crying out of desperation and he was like a cold stone .i have lost alot of money to slater bradley but worse i was humiliated and made to cry .when one goes through a divorce it is awful and sensitive but this solicitors doesnt care.
I recently phoned john slater to help me and reassure me that a contract that i had done for my buisness and my landlord was all in tact as he drew it up and i payed him and he just had to confirm a few details on it and he refused to speak to me and said he wanted more money to go over the already paid for job .please can any one reading this review tell me what i should do as he recieved money for the draw up of contract and i want to ask him a question on it and he wants another £500 to answer .This is terrible and i dont want to think solicitors are all the same when women are in need of a reliable and trusting and sympathetic solicitor during a hard time like a divorce

I used Slater Bradley for the sale of my flat and purchase of my house. From start to finish they were exceptional. We had a fair few issues with both sale and purchase and Jo Prosser kept us calm and informed throughout. She also worked really efficiently and always answered emails and queries really quickly and thoroughly. Jane Bradley was equally as fantastic - completely trustworthy and efficient and handled everything with such professionalism. We would 100% recommend Slater Bradley to anybody who is looking for excellent service from personable solicitors who we felt were really invested and committed to giving us the best service possible. We will be using them again certainly!
