I recently used Simpson Jones in Ashby for the sale and purchase, of my old & new home.
Jordan & Ellie were excellent, both being professional and very pro active, which was definitely needed coming up to and on moving day. They were very easy to communicate with and made the whole process as painless as it could be. I would definitely use their services again.

I was put into contact with this solicitors by my mortgage adviser, to which I can only thank from the bottom of my heart. As a first time buyer the whole process to begin with was a little overwhelming. My contact was a wonderful lady named Elly Tavener, she led me through the entire process from start to finish with unbelievable professionalism and attention to A, me and B, my house purchase requirements. I received documentation which was easy to follow and labelled as to where signing was required and if I had any uncertainties she was only a phone call away (even amidst these difficult times). Elly and team at Simpson Jones have been top draw. They had several complex and weird transactions to sort in varying timeframes. Elly adapted to these and was always on hand to speak to - especially the passes 6 months in what has been one of the most pressures housing markets due to stamp duty changes I have know.
