Absolutely awful services. Clovis was ‘representing’ me and gave me a legal aid form to fill out. Returned the form back which apparently they never got. Attempted to call and email him several times as court date was approaching, ignored every attempt of contact. Ended up going to court by myself with no legal representation, no idea what’s happening with my case, absolutely nothing! Just clueless. Spoke to the courts about not having legal representation, they contacted Clovis and funnily enough he answered his phone and proceeded to tell them that my legal aid form was lost/never returned back. Case got adjourned due to having new solicitors. They do not care for clients. A simple reply could have solved everything. Do not recommend their services to anybody

I’m glad I found Thompson & Co solicitors! they were referred by the Refuge Outreach team, It has been a two years journey and I believe nobody else would’ve dealt with my divorce matter and civil proceedings better ! Bushra and Danielle are the best! I was guided and advised in my best interest. I’m very happy with the outcome! Just to clear the fact about legal aid , that they dealt with my civil proceedings ( Occupation order and non molestation order) as good as my divorce matter! In my opinion it doesn’t matter if it’s legal aid or privately funded they do their job very well! Equal attention and time ! I would definitely advise anyone looking for really good Family lawyers to go to Thompson & Co! Trust me you won’t regret! :)

We are very pleased with the service and result we got. Antonia Okwu was representing us. We had a dog dangerously out of control case, Antonia managed to settle it for us out of court. Antonia was great and professional, we highly recommend her.

Terrible law firm very unprofessional I would not recommend. My duty solicitor Ms Rita Patel was looking at a £2000 invoice whilst consulting me very unprofessional. Ms Patel told me how to plead my case through the dock. I was ill advised to plead guilty which was not in my best interest. I am now facing a criminal charge and fine because of her negligence. Rita also did not bother to put her full name and law firm on my case folder. I had to visit several courts to even find her details.

Mr. Mateen Malik of Thompson & Co Solicitors provided excellent service and I would highly recommend him. I was kept fully informed and everything was explained thoroughly throughout the whole of my immigration matter. I am so grateful to Mr. Mateen Malik.
