I had an awful experience with the firm and Darren, the solicitor. Instead of helping me he has done opposite. He hardly responded to my phone calls.Awful,awful, awful. I would not give even 1 star to this firm. Not always when choosing a legal firm the ***** in reviewing a firm is truthful. VERY MISLEADING EXPERIENCE IT WAS FOR ME.

Very poor service. You might aswell handle your situation by yourself. Once you have paid the full package, their interest on your case goes half way. So difficult to contact them.
Its been almost two years and I haven't even met my solicitor in person. At first the reason was covid but although the restrictions was lifted they were still refuse to see me in person.
