not very good company been calling them for over 6weeks now asking solicitor to call me and all now no reply. when asked to speak to a manager the receptionist told me no...... were is the customer service ? I shall be going there today to speak to head of firm as it should not take me to wright a review to get some were. awful service

I came across this totally scam firm in 2018. It was breach of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 section 3 and 3a. I waa seen by Matthew Car and later by his assistant. In no point they viewed the USB memory stick to see how bad violence was. They said my USB may have virus. All witness statement were written by me. They have problem writing it. I had to travel 3x to swear affidavit because they messed up the format. Eventually they filed served an application just to fail to attend the court hearing. The court throw the application out DJ Luba because they did not follow correct procedure. It was obvious that in truth this Legal Aid firm takes clients on as many as only possible and gets paid for 0 work done. Its impossible to verify how many hours they worked and if they did any work. One way or another they get money so you your issue does not matter. Mat has never checked USB due to his approach his barrister was just following his attitude- I am paid anyway- this Barrister lied to the court that my videos are long showing voilence which was not true. The Court asked to narrow it down. Because Mat Carr has never viwed USB or even bothered to take a copy he cut all vital evidence to next to nothing. The case was to be listed for two whole days and he left only 10 min video recording. Incompetent. When time to submit Scott Schedule came Mat just disappeared. Nobody answered the phone. Eventually receptionist asked to submit amended by me list of videos as only one who saw it. This shows that they take money but do 0. When I tried to chase Mat Carr and his helper Anreas the receptionist just kept hanging up on me. I was addressed rudly and my case was going to dogs. How one can trust this firm if they refuse to take evidence write statements even prepare covers for affidavit. The Court throw Mat Carr negligent work out by striking an application for committal out. Avoid
