I went to this firm after a colleague recommended them to me. I have never had to deal with court case before but they made my complicated case even worse. They gave me an incompetent inexperienced Paralegal to work on my case. She messed it up leaving me in a limbo, she left the firm without telling me on my hearing day after lots of promises. After leaving the firm to pick my pieces, the firm interfered again, informing my newly found legal firm not to help me. I've been scared to approach another solicitor since then, representing myself.

Tom and the team couldn’t have done enough for us when we brought our new house. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommend

Shocking service, after pointing out a mistake, asking for it to be rectified and got told it would cost me £3000.00 to fix, which was made by Peter Carvill, and Sue Fulford the Managing Partner trying to cover it up blaming others solicitors for not taking on their mistake, I tried to have a sensible conversation yet I was appalled by Sue Fulford, response who's team well Peter put a child a serious risk because of their failure.

Then sent me documents, with other clients details on, but saved as mine involving other families court matters. Mistakes happen, but you'd expect solicitors to be honest.

I was impressed with Lucie, their but unfortunately Lucie had to pass the matter onto Peter who I thought was a partner, but assumed incorrectly..

Quite simply superb service involving sale of my house once I stopped dragging my heels and got all the relevant information and documentation the sale was done and dusted in a couple of weeks if you need someone who knows there craft Zoe @ Carvill & Johnson is the one to call ...

Having bought 2 properties and sold 1 with the conveyancing team I am very happy. Each time, Zoe worked on my case and was very thorough and consistent through the entire process. She kept me updated at all times even after the sale had gone through, she helped me resolve an issue when I moved into the property. Overall, a pleasant experience and would use again in the future.
