Absolutely the worst people I have ever dealt with! They care 0% about their clients and treat you like you are stupid. Nothing is ever their fault when they are the trained professionals. Any blame they can place elsewhere they will, which make the whole experience soul destroying.
We also experienced mistakes even on legal documents, communication was absolutely terrible. Like other reviews we also experience the time off without letting anyone know.
Even when you try to explain your disappointment they really do not care. Moving house is stressful enough do not use!

We completed our first house today through Folakemi.

Considering the current situation of things with the pandemic, Folakemi was able to work as fast as she could to make sure the legal side of everything would proceed as fast as possible.

We gave a short notice for the completion date but Folakemi made it happen with both the vendors and lenders.

They were disappointing throughout our property purchase. Multiple mistakes made even on legal documents, poor communication, not reponsive, such as taking time off and not letting us know.

Avoid, I have been waiting for an important verification for over one week, it was confirmed that it would take one day to complete, 0/5 for performance/responsiveness/delivery, in addition I was required to pay cash for payment and paid one third extra as well! Avoid this firm.
