I wanted to write a review to thank Richard Cooper for his excellent, informative, patient and attentive service during the case he worked on, on behalf of my brother. Richard took time to get to know my brother, understand the case, its components, mitigating circumstances and family background, as well as review all relevant material to ensure he could properly represent his client. His cool manner, quick judgement and loyal nature is tremendously reassuring for the client at a time when it is most needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard to anyone in future.

Went to this law firm back in 2010 and after tried taking my own life as i felt let down by this law firm . Thay never seem to understand my complaint against essex county council. 8 years later i won a compensation case thru the CICA thru my own perseverance. So i contacted this law firm again this year and asked them if in 2010 was thay working thru the cica and was told YES so if thay lisened to me in 2010 i might of got compensation. But thay failed to help me.

Great solicitors offering an enhanced service with their years of experience in the field. Rhiannon Cole and Chris Taylor were especially helpful with the build up to my court case and did a fantastic job at court.
