Today I called the Director (Dave Debidin), as he is one of my company’s clients. Because we haven’t been in contact for a while I can only assume that he had forgotten the name of my company. I tried to explain who I was and where I was calling from, as I was trying to explain that his internet firewall needed updating as his current internet isn’t protected, due to his subscription expiring. He was extremely rude, starting the 9am conversation with ‘Who the hell are you and why are you calling me.’ He then proceeded to interrupt me speaking by patronising me saying ‘I am going to give you one more chance to explain yourself.’ and then eventually hung up on me mid sentence.
I would hugely advise using another solicitors as this one clearly doesn’t know how to represent his own business.

Had the misfortune of dealing with the director (Dave Debidins) on behalf of a mutual client for whom he was the conveyancer. I have not come across someone so arrogant and rude who goes out of his way to cause delays for a mortgage. In my opinion it is best to look elsewhere for conveyancing advice.
