If youve done the smart thing and researched your solicitor firm - Do NOT go near this place. Woman who said she owns the gaff said her names Ms Vincent - sounded deranged and clueless. Seems she will charge whatever price on whatever days medicine shes taking - I ended up finding a cheaper solicitor for 300£ less for what I required getting done. It really is russian roullette with your cash, she comes across very greedy and totally inept in providing the advice.

I've booked 2 appointments with Anne Cuthberts Solicitors (Chrishanthi Vincent), the first one she wasn't in when I arrived and she showed up half an hour late. The most recent one, I closed my business early to make the 4 o'clock appointment, when I arrived again she wasn't there and the other solicitor (who covers a different sector so couldn't help me) phoned her. The conversation obviously showed she had forgot the appointment (AGAIN) and then told him to say that she had tried to call me the day before to cancel which she did not. Even if she had and I didn't pick up ( which isn't the case as I have my phone on loud all day) surely its common sense to send a text message to let me know. Will never use this woman again she's unorganised and doesn't take her work seriously. I wasted my time and lost money as had to close my business early to suit her schedule.

Would have given a 0 if there was one. Initially told my lease would take 2 months to complete eventually finished after 9 months.
Mrs cuthbert is very arrogant and doesn't want to speak once you paid the deposit.
They will eventually charge you double.

Beware!!! the woman is a thief. She does not know what is doing and will charge you an enormous fee and very unprofessional. Very aggressive and intimidating. I lost my mortgage offer because of her. She should not be operating a business anymore.
