Shocking company, took over 7 hours and 2 phone calls to be told that they cant help me with a document that i left with them. Should have been clear in 10 minutes

My parents, my siblings and I have been dealing with this firm for many years and have always found them to be thoroughly diligent, dependable and extremely professional.

I am disgusted by the place, they just don't care they told me to call the police and social services which has been done repeatedly and they have told me to get a solicitor. When I do they lie and say we can't do anything, they can and they will I'm paying them do I say what goes
