Husband currently dealing with Riley Langdon and we seem to be getting nowhere. Very difficult to contact the solicitor, always working from home and when we do manage to speak we seem to be getting fobbed off. Would not recommend or use again- very disappointing slow service.

Tracey Jackson of Riley Langdon did the conveyancing on my late mums property in Bishop Auckland. Dowens were the estate agents of which I would not recommend. However Tracey was the saving grace on the sale. She was professional throughout the whole process. She worked tirelessly (from Home) all the way through Covid (which she also had herself) If I telephoned and left a message, she called me back promptly. If I e-mailed at midnight there was a response at 7am the very next day regardless, even on public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. The reception staff were always cheerful and answered the phone with a smile. I would never recommend Dowens but would certainly recommend Tracey Jackson for anyone who wanted a professional efficient conveyancing service done. Thank you again Tracey Jackson of Riley Langdons
