Me and my partner have been putting off for years writing our wills. However we realised with a child that it was very important to do so took up the charity will offer and have to say the whole process was very satisfactory and informative. Do not use this company. They are unregulated. So no ombudsman. We were lied to and misinformed about the benefits of a family protection trust. Unfortunately we had no recourse as we had no written evidence and we have lost £3000. They have a set up where they use a separate solicitors so you are not protected by the law society for the mistakes made by their legal department. They have also made mistakes with up our lasting powers of attorney.
Please be warned.

Had a very bad and unsatisfactory experience with this company.wanted a will written for my wife and my self..paid a £100 deposit then waited nearly 2 months for draft to arrive after numerous phone calls .draft arrived 3 names were wrong and various other issues sent draft back new draft arrived 3 names wrong plus various issues. asked for refund this is after phone calls and letters sent .reported to air ambulance who we had made a donation to through this company .received a refund and phone call off one of owners this is a important thing to do to make please think hard before you use these lot .we went to high Street solicitors all sorted in a week?an£300 cheaper
