Do not use Wilson’s Solicitors and if your seller appoints them, get them to change! Our seller appointed these as her solicitor for our purchase and they are so unbelievably slow and unresponsive and don’t keep anyone updated. We are now 6 months into a simple purchase with no chain, close to our mortgage offer expiring. At the beginning, they sat on forms for a month and didn’t progress anything and now they’ve sat on final enquires from our solicitors for 3+ weeks, they don’t keep our solicitors or estate agent updated.

We were given a very good service and felt confident that our wishes were met by Chelsea when completing our Wills. Great communication and dealt with in a timely manner. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you. Mr and Mrs Rowley.

We are currently using this firm to both sell and purchase a property. The service we have had so far has been shocking to say the least. Whenever you phone it’s always an answer phone and messages are never responded to, you have to phone again and again. Things are never chased up until you phone up to chase them. Currently banging our heads against a wall. Will never use these Solicitors again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

Do not use this company if you want to sell or buy a house. Customer service is non-existent. I have never come across a company that literally do not take pride in what they do. Customer service is ZERO. I truly question their qualifications and professionalism. They have failed several times to respond to our buyers, Estate Agents and our Solicitors. It is unbelievable that a service provider being paid a huge amount of money can behave this way. Ignoring a customer is unprofessional and this is what they are good at. Even 1 star is NOT worth giving them

I wish I had read these comments before being recommended to use this company - absolutely hands down the worst experience of selling a house - turn around time on communication was approximately two weeks each time to respond to an email. Lack of update information was non existent - our real estate agent called our buyers solicitor in the end for an update. Not recommended and customer service as many others have called out is non-existent.

The level of frustration is hard to put into words. The lack of communication and the arrogance are next level.

I had to call every day, multiple times a day just for a simple yes or no answer.

No manners, no interest in their work, rude and always acting as if I was bothering them.

Never in the office, always on lunch and generally just not interested! Avoid at all costs. I considered pulling out of my purchase many times just because of them….I have still not had a completion date and I am not sure I ever will at this point.

So disappointed…

I am very pleased with their services. Due to my busy schedule, I was apprehensive there would be delays. However, the team were extremely proficient, professional and systematic. They were always available when I needed them. Peter Tustain did a remarkable job and the team ensured I was able to finalise and purchase my home within the allocated time I had to do so. Their value for money based on their professionalism is a big plus. I would definitely recommend.

I have used Peter Tustain and his team to move house several times. He is great. Peter is thorough, clear and moves quicker than any other solicitor I've used before. His team are also friendly, professional and do their best to take the stress out of the whole process, I would highly recommend them.
