I strongly do not recommend this firm.I have dealt with many solicitor firms and never had the similar situation.I have tried to call my solicitor Emma Clements for more than 2 weeks with no answer. Despite the fact that I was told numerous times that she will call me back I haven't been contacted, therefore I have decided to find a new firm. Wiseman Lee did not prepare my court case properly and did not assist me at all. After showing some emails to another solicitor and a legal adviser it was confirmed that Wiseman Lee was not serious and preoccupied about my case. I would recommend you to don't lose your time with a low standard firm as them and use a firm in Central which are generally good.

Please stay away from this inept firm of money grabbers. They have, all but been hounded out of East Ham, and now hide (having taken them over) in the once respectable offices of D H Browne & Co, in Wanstead, East London.
My first hand experience of their incompetence, and desire to put their own well being, before their paying clients, astounded me, and cost me my Case, and £90.000.

This is by far the worst solicitors I've spoken to regarding a medical negligence claim for my son. Julie Audrid showed no interest in his case whatsoever and completely lacked any empathy. Couldn't really be bothered. Very poor service from such an established firm.
