I used Hibberts for a redundancy settlement. Both Danielle Wilkinson and Carl Atkinson were professional, knowledgeable and supported me to understand the whole process. I had an initial appointment within 24 hours and my agreement was settled with days.
I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend Hibberts.

If zero stars was an option I would give this. Absolutely appalling service from start to finish. Our purchase fell through by no fault of ours, we then received an invoice for virtually the full amount despite the fact that they had done very little. Every single phone call itemised for ridiculous amounts. Very rude member of “staff” who basically told me tough - that’s the bill and it needs to be paid. No attempt to discuss or be polite. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Dodging my phone calls, not responding to my emails in a timely manner (if at all), and certainly not at all bothered about providing anything like a transparent or professional service.

I will not be using them again.
