Poor. Approached as a caring, approachable firm. After their quote expect the price to double. At time of writing they're charging £180 an hour.

The bill ran up so high with such ludicrous reasons for being billed I'm beginning to wonder what the initial fee was even for in the first place as it appears nothing is included for that charge.

I only hope my review will sway people from thinking of using them in the future. If even one person avoids them it's done it's job.

Rich and Carr provided us with a great service when we were buying our first property. As first time buyers is was a daunting time and they helped us every step of the way. Claire at the blaby office was very professional and informative and nothing was to much trouble for her. We had the keys in 6 weeks and we could not be happier!!
