I'm currently doing a law degree, and are using these guys as representation.

They failed to respond or even acknowledge my emails; on more than one occasion.

I've sent them instructions that they've ignored for over a week and then gave the excuse that they didn't get the correct barrister in the firm to work on it.

They finally got the correct barrister, to provide advice and format my responses; but she decides that within the response, she wants to omit/obfusticate most of the leverage I have in the case.

I have delt with Paul Turnbull whom has been reviewed as quite a good clerk; and my experience has been very two sided. He genuinely will invest time and effort into saying that he is on your side, and on some occasions he will be very timely in his responses.

But other times, he will just flat out ignore your emails, ignore your calls and not call you back for more than 3 days. He'll also claim to get back to you within an hour and then not get back to you for over three days.

Really wish I could have more faith in them. And I'm keeping my hopes up that they will give me reason too.

Staff are very polite the manger was also very friendly too, the food was great, and i must say it was very well clean, and my children absolutely loved there session.
Would recommend to everyone who has children my children had the best time ever. Happy children and happy parents⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The worst solicitors by far they failed to check evidence proving me innocent of a harassment charge but instead was advising me to go guilty to a crime I didn’t commit so I can get “time served” then offered no mitigation whatsoever ,I now have proof I was innocent and cannot appeal. They are lazy ,unprofessional and clearly they don’t care about their clients
