We got got married in 2020. We were in need for best advice on spouse visa to take the next steps forward and had some advise from many friends and family. The only common link they all had was Solicitor, Muhammad Patel from Bhavsar Patel Solicitors in Leicester. Yes, approximately 5-6 couples recommended him (word of mouth) for this Lawyer was as I quote, fairly distinguished with an impeccable success record.

APPLICATION - Solicitor, Mohammed Patel was very thorough, understanding and reassuring during the whole visa process. He gave me a checklist that would be required in order to have the highest chances of a successful application. He simplified every confusion I could have, answered all my questions in a very straight forward manner which was very comforting. Simply put, you could only fail from here if you didn’t meet the income criteria or not bring all the documents on his checklist. He certainly prepared our application to the highest of standards. His experience and skill in immigration visas is exceptional. He also advised when would be the ideal time to file the application based on our circumstances.

FEES - Fixed fee with no variable increase or surprises during the process. Charges are very competitive and reasonably affordable for the sponsors within the income criteria set by the government for spouse visa. Certainly the lowest fees charged compared to any solicitor in Leicester. A fair price for an application at the highest standards. I was charged what was originally agreed, not a penny more. The best part, you pay the fees after the application is complete, there are no surprise charges for anything during or any extra time that Solicitor Muhammad Patel had to account for. What is quite astounding is that the highest standard of professionalism and tremendous amount of help I initially had from Muhammad Patel at such a reasonable fee considering the huge sum of visa fees and NHS surcharge to pay with the application. I was very pleased with the excellent value for money.

My wife and I got married in 2018. Since my wife lived abroad we needed to apply for a spouse visa for her to come to live with me in the UK. We contacted Bhavsar Patel solicitors roughly a year before the wedding, on the recommendation of a friend who went through a similar process using the same solicitor.

Solicitor Mohammed Patel and his team gave us a checklist of everything that would be required in order to have the highest chance at a successful application. They advised when would be the best time to file the application based on our circumstances, wedding date, expected processing times, etc.

I found that solicitor Mohammed Patel and his team were very responsive to questions. The whole process was reassuring and easy with their help. It is easy to see that they are specialised in this work and really know their stuff.

Alhamdulillah, by the grace of God, the initial spouse visa application was successful, and further to that in 2021 we filed a leave to remain application (again through Bhavsar Patel solicitors) which was also successful.

To top it all off, their solicitor fee is very competitive and to be honest I was surprised at the level of care and attention they gave us while charging such a reasonable fee. This was especially helpful since the visa application fees and NHS fees are already significant when applying for a spouse visa (none of which goes to the solicitors), so I was pleased that they delivered excellent value for money on the solicitors fee.
