I have used many conveyancers in my time but I must say, Marcus Samuel-Brown might just be the best of the lot. Attentive, professional and polite are just a few of the words I would use to describe him. Smiths, you have a great one on your team. 5* service from start to finish.

Do not use for conveyancing! They do not respond to anyone! My solicitor and estate agent has tried on several occasions to contact them for exchange and completion dates. They give dates then don't stick to them. Been over 5 weeks since I was told completion would take place, they keep extending it for a week every week. How can you call yourselves professionals when you can't respond to people? It's pathetic! Lack of communication with the buyer! It's been over 5 months since they were instructed and still waiting for completion!!! AVOID USING!!
