Having instructed Bonallack & Bishop to act on my behalf I have been impressed with the service I have received. From my initial phone call, I was asked to expand my request by replying to an email that led me through a process. A consultation appointment was arranged promptly at which I received advice and documents were prepared. Within a week I was emailed final drafts for approval and on acceptance I was able to sign and have witnessed the documents.

I was surprised to discover that advising on the Freehold purchase of a block of flats was not covered by a number of our regular legal contacts. This necessitated a Google search and we decided to go with B&B. With no previous relationship I have been nothing but impressed. From start to finish I cannot fault their service. The strategy and fee structure were clearly articulated at the outset and ongoing concise and pertinent information flow resulted in a number of potentially thorny issues being nipped in the bud.
