Very bad experience. A simple case where my previous lawyer transferred my compensation payment to another person's account who pretended to be me (negligence, fraud, ID theft). Evidence is clear as email was only set-up around that time with my name spelt incorrectly and the bank where the account was held also confirmed that account holder was not me. Been several years, still no result, no communication, nothing. I've given up.
