Neil, Danielle and Rachel all helped with the sale of my property! They were always available to talk to and made the process very straightforward without any stress! Would highly recommend them to any friends and family!

Neil and his talented team handled our house sale and purchase with consummate skill and expertise. What impressed us was that we had the constant impression that we really mattered as clients; house sales are a fraught business usually, but we were constantly reassured that things were on course, and Neil was more than capable of eliciting a response from our vendor's occasionally slumbering solicitors. To sum up, we really felt we mattered. You can't ask for more and it was much appreciated.

Neil and Danielle handled the conveyancing for both our house sale and purchase recently and were both excellent. They were professional and very quick to respond throughout and handled our complex purchase with ease. I rarely place reviews but they far exceeded my expectations and I would happily recommend them to anyone. We will be using them again soon for wills.

We approached Howard and Over to execute the sale of our house on recommendation from friends who had used them previously. The recommendation was not misplaced, H+O were thoroughly professional and responded to all our correspondence in a timely fashion making the whole process easy and stress free.

Danielle at Howard and Over Ivybridge was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of our house purchase. We are first time buyers so didn’t have much knowledge on anything. Danielle was always happy to answer all of our queries and responded to emails extremely quickly - not once did we have to chase anything. Our family received an excellent, timely and professional service from Natalie when selling my parents former home. Everything was clearly documented, and any conveyancing issues dealt with promptly. Although I live away, this proved no obstacle to sharing key documentation and dealing with my parents affairs in an efficient and transparent manner. Many thanks to Natalie and the wider team.

My partner used Howard & Over in Ivybridge for the sale of our house and I can honestly say Danielle was the most useless conveyancer I have ever seen. Her replies were so incredibly slow and I can not recommend people to use her or this company knowing how utterly poor they have been.

We finally managed to complete a few months ago and I've been in limbo as to whether or not to post this review but as time has gone on I can not go without putting this up here.

The whole process was so delayed compared to what it should have been and it cost me far more money than it should have done and this is honestly all down to the slow workmanship from Danielle.

If I could give a rating out of 10, dare I say it would score a 2-3. Only reason it isn't lower is because eventually we did manage to complete.

If you are using this company to sell or buy a house I recommend you look elsewhere into Plymouth or other Ivybridge companies.

We are both extremely happy with the service we got sorting wills out especially as we dealt by email to start with Katherine was really helpful with explaining what we had to write in email and correcting the wording. Nothing was to much bother and was always supportive answering questions when needed and after drafts wills done i rang because I didnt understand some wording Katherine explained in terms that was easy to understand.
We were really surprised at how quickly the wills were finalised especially due to pandemic. Great service.
