So I called them to get free legal advice and was told I had to walk into their Hackney branch in central London between 2-5pm only on Tuesdays!!!
Why show you're office in Watford if that's not where you're offering the service!!!!!!
This is very misleading advertising.

Just called them to ask for a redundancy solicitor services in Watford, as it is advertised on google. The guy on the switchboard, asked "What do you mean by redundancy"? So in order for me to explain, he took me through all services they offer, until I picked "employment", then he took me through all sub-services they offer under employment, until I picked "settlement". Otherwise he would not know what redundancy means. Then he mentioned that they only offer private consultation, not legal consultation.

Poor.
Completed online form for a personal matter, requested contact via email.

So they call an hour later.

They then send an email requesting more details, I provide personal details in full.

Then they just ignore.

Wasted my time.

Seems location of office may also be incorrect to gain hits.
If so dubious practice for a solicitors.

Very incompetent business. Unable to speak with the company, only a call handling service. I have left 3 messages in a week, with no replies. The call handling service inform me the solicitors have called me back and left voicemails which is untrue; no calls back and I don't have a voicemail. The latest call, I was asked to provide a summary of my case and explained I am the owner of the property which needs to be separated, the call handler then asked if my name is on the tenancy agreement, to which I reiterated that I am the owner of the house and I am named on the mortgage. He then went on to ask what is the name of my landlord! At this point the level of incompetence said it all and confirmed this is not a business I want representing me.

Shocking first contact. The gentleman who answered the call snuggled with my surname even though I spelt it 3 times for him, and then asked for my last name!

I had called because according to Google, they have an office in Watford, but the guy said that that was not the case and my nearest branch was in London.

If that's the service on the first enquiry, can you image the quality of the legal advice.
