We have used DPH for over 20+ years. They have always been prompt, curious and professional. Having needed to use again for conveyancing on not 1 but 2 appartment, I have say this is the worse service we have ever had. The new members are terrible to get hold of and so slow its been painful.

We have empty apartments and should have gone through promptly. One solicitor left and didn't inform us and no one from DPH had the fore thought to inform us and needed us to chase again to check where things were going.

No urgency, they work for you and it doesn't seem that way.
