We had a terrible experience with another solicitor when buying a house purchase that fell through (would never reply, had to chase for everything, almost felt like I was the solicitor in the end!), and you were just the complete opposite. We had complete confidence that everything would go well with no stone unturned and completely confident that everything legally for the house purchase would be done correctly.
