I had the opportunity to work with The Partnership for the sale of my property and I can't recommend them highly enough. The process was very swift from the beginning to the very end. The partnership provides a client portal to facilitate the process of exchanging documents and keeping communication secure. Every person I dealt with was professional and efficient in keeping me informed on the steps covered and the stages to complete. If you are selling your property I would not look any further, get a quote and you will also realise how competitive the partnership fees are!!

The Partnership make everyone else look like amateurs. They are professional, efficient, quick, friendly with excellent communication. And they always pick up the phone should you need to speak to them to resolve some issue or query. We went with The Partnership following a personal recommendation and have been very happy with their services. We have recommended them to our friends and will certainly use them in the future.

We had a stressful simultaneous purchase and sale, and really appreciate the support we received at the business end of the transactions.
As usual there was pressure from elsewhere in the chain. In the end the rest of the chain caused the delays because the correct checks on deposits were not made by their solicitors. Everything had been done correctly for us by The Partnership.

Excellent service trough out the whole process. Like their online portal, where you can see all stages and where you are with the buy/sale. Prompt communication every time we asked any questions. Also weekly updates help as well.

The Partnership were great, we have been in various purchase scenarios since selling my house in February and they have guided us at each step. Having finally completed on our third potential house purchase 28 October we would recommend The Partnership to everyone we know.

OK overall. The Partnership were broadly clear and communicative but the whole process was a little slow and they struggled to obtain satisfactory answers from other parties to my questions.

My biggest gripe is that it never felt like they were acting in my best interests, simply doing the minimum so as not to breach the contract. There were multiple occasions when I needed them to push for clear responses to important questions, and they routinely failed to do so, instead being easily palmed off with non-answers and unexplained document dumps.

Fantastic level of customer service received from The Partnership during the purchase of our house. Entire process was taken care of by their very helpful, informative, punctual and professional team. Will recommend to anyone looking for a property lawyer - we will be using them again.

We used The Partnership for our recent first time buy London flat purchase. They were fantastic - so efficient, quick, responsive but also very thorough with our complicated leasehold pack!
The portal system was such a great feature, you could check the status of your purchase whenever you liked, and every Monday they sent us an update without having to chase!
I would highly recommend them to anyone, special thanks to Erim and Kaitlin!
