I cannot say enough about the service received from Parklands, and Alex Weller in particular. Throughout our long drawn-out house sale/purchase over past 12 months, Alex was extremely professional and very helpful at every stage of the process. He diligently completed all required conveyancing work at speed, providing clear an calm advice throughout the process and seeing us through to until completion in May 2022. He was always available, whenever required, to provide support and legal opinion with the various decisions, obstacles and set backs we had along the way. I am extremely grateful to Alex for his calm, methodical and thorough approach which guided us through the long and stressful process. I stumbled upon a recommendation for Alex’s conveyancing services at Parklands Property Lawyers on a Facebook group and it’s been the best ‘stumble’ I ever made 😊. From the start to finish of our house purchase, Alex was thorough, timely and went beyond our expectations on the speed at which he was able to exchange and complete on our new house (10 weeks – which is pretty quick!). Nothing was too much trouble, and he was always at the end of the phone to answer our questions. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Alex again and would highly recommend.

Ive personally used Alex for over 5 years for various transactions but this time it was my Mum selling the family house after 40 years of ownership. Alex and his team were exemplary, putting her at ease and explaining every step of the process, answering the phone every time she called, nothing was too much trouble, one of the ladies even drove her home at the end of the day. I used this company for selling and purchasing. Alex was excellent but Pam the director was poor. Alex was responsive, proactive and reassuring. Pam however was not customer friendly and did not even contact me by phone when I’d completed simply sending an e mail and claiming my phone was at fault but no problems before or after with my phone. My advice use them if you ensure you have a conveyancer whose daily job it is as opposed to a director

I have just approached Alex Weller too handle something for me and even though I am divorced as he is dealing with my ex, who has no objection, he has refused to deal not respecting my single independent status.

We recently engaged Pam and the team at Parkland Property Lawyers when selling our house and buying a new one. We used them about 4 years ago when buying our first house and the service was exceptional then, and this time our experience was just as seamless and they made the naturally stressful purchase/selling process as easy as possible.
