If you like lawyers who are fast, efficient, communicate in language a layman can understand, and are ever available to contact then use somebody else.

Broomhead & Saul have ritually reneged on promises of return calls, don't bother trying to email them either as these are either not returned or returned weeks late.

Need something done quickly? Then I hope you don't mind waiting a month to hear from them before having to go into the office in person, only to be told they have been waiting for you to sign something for the last several month. "Thanks for telling us!"

If you think you can complain, well good luck to you, I got told I was a liar.

I now understand why people hate lawyers so much.

I've used Broomhead and Saul a number of times over the years and have always found their service to be nothing short of exemplary. Andrew is so attentive and very quick with all my requirements. Everyone I've met there from the Receptionist to the senior partners are very courteous and professional... Highly recommend them.

The building is very accessible and they will even move rooms around to accommodate mobility issues. There are a number of disabled bays in the road opposite, but get there early to bag one.

Julie, Robin & the team at Broomhead & Saul made selling our property easy. They are professional, efficient, prompt in communicating, and friendly. Knowing nothing about the house selling process i was a bit nervous but they made the whole process smooth and easy and for a reasonable fee. Highly recommended.

I needed something urgently doing today and had tried a number of other firms who just gave me an email address to contact them by with this particular request. This was totally the opposite here and within 20 mins I had seen the solicitor, given her the info needed and later in the afternoon I had what I needed.
I cannot thank them enough because this allows me to push on with a really important bit of work for my business. Other Solicitors take note - do your best to help with the small stuff then you can be assured of getting the big stuff in the future.
I will be using them again without doubt.

As a cash buyer for a property very disappointed been waiting months and absolutely no contact at all even when i phoned several times for information no calls returned i would avoid at all cost rung the sellers solicitor today and they are going to chase things up for me and they returned my call within 1 hour.....their receptionist was nice though

I contacted Broomhead & Saul looking for help getting a power of attorney and Will drawn up as I have a very unwell family member in hospital. Nicholas Bevan was straight on the case helping me and reassuring me with his passion and knowledge of his field. He came to the hospital to get the paperwork signed. All this done within four days of me contacting him. Top bloke! thank you Nick for helping me and my family in such a short space of time.

Slow to reply to emails, calls not returned and had to do all the chasing. In short no customer service provided at all. 12 months on from our initial contact and my siblings estate has still not been settled.

Absolutely vile staff, I was repeatedly told I was stupid by a solicitor and they lied in court (I have the recordings). Tried to put in a complaint about how I was treated to be met by another vile employee that doesn't want my evidence of my treatment but was happy to back them and be completely rude with me!!!!
