Sorry to say awful standards are dreadfull out of date lack of professionalism

Cant fault them polite professional precisely what you would expect paul sue all the staff are exceptional quick efficent and in constant communication at every stage

Paid £90 for an ID verification form which they then offered to post, suffice to say it never got where it was supposed to go (two miles away) and had to pay them the same amount again to sign another form.. No offer to re-do it for free or at a reduced cost. Obviously not bothered about repeat custom unless its paying twice for the same thing,

Incredibly slow to respond, owing to incredibly outdated practices. Want correspondence by email rather than post? Be ready to argue for it at each step. Want to sign remotely, same. Want a copy of queries they have outstanding on your purchase/sale? Well, you can ask by email but be prepared to wait for a while. This is because they need to GO BACK TO THE TAPES AND TYPE THEM UP AGAIN!! It seems copying from an email/letter sent to the conveyancer on the other side of the transaction is too much to ask.

They do seem thorough so if you are happy to deal by post and in person, and have no urgency, they may be OK for you.

When rang up Glaisyers solicitors the receptionist were very good when needed them.and Paul the solictor was outstanding allways had time for me allways made me felt wellcome delt with any issue I had thanks colin
