Used them twice and I am very happy with them.

Rang Mentors to make a new appointment. The rude receptionist informed me in her dull monotone voice that ‘we’re too busy and not taking new clients’ I then asked if she could please recommend any other solicitors to which she replied ‘try googling solicitors’ and she hung up. No need for such rudeness. If you don’t like dealing with the public don’t work with the public.

I find Chris extremely helpful and knowledgeable, always returns my messages in a timely fashion and has worked on some difficult and abnormally time consuming conveyancing with me, without any deterioration in his service level. Goes beyond the call of duty to look after you and gets things done super-fast.

Fantastically helpful, efficient and kind. Exceptionally fair value, too. We moved house (buy and sell) with Mentors and they were brilliant. I cannot recommend Mentors highly enough.
