Cheapest conveyancing solicitor's in Stoke on Trent, however you get what you pay for. No updates, slow service and when you ring you get an abrupt response like you are an inconvenience. I would never use Cook's again and I would not recommend.

DO NOT RECOMMEND it!!! If I could rate this zero star, I would. Honestly I have never ever met somebody so rude as Mr Cook is! He does not have the patience to explain things or advise you. He gets very angry and he will shout at you. He also hang up the phone on me when I questioned him how the divorce was proceeding. Of course that was my last conversation with him because afterwards I obviously changed to another solicitor. Sooo unprofessional!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Would never use again. I did all the running, chasing up. No advice given when challenged with queries. Always chasing. Didn't even contact me to inform me when completion went through. I gave the business to them as they were local firm. I should have gone with my previous solicitor. AVOID I say!
