I had the most positive experience using this service. From start to finish I went from having very little understanding of the process to having a clear understanding with ease. Liaisons with my estate agents and the buyer were outstanding and it made my house sale so much smoothly and they were able to manage tricky situations very professionally. I was always put at ease and advised of my options throughout and I couldn't be more satisfied with the support from Sarah who handled my sale outstandingly.

The team at AConveyancing were super friendly and helpful in dealing with my sale and purchase. Charlotte in particular foresaw issues and proactively found solutions so our purchase kept progressing. I can honestly say I don’t think we would’ve been able to buy the house of our dreams without her! Thank you Charlotte!

5 months in to what should have been a relatively straight forward transaction as there was no chain and we weren't actually moving anywhere, we needed a new conveyancer. After being referred to AConveyancing, there was absolutely no looking back. The contrast between the staff at AConveyancing vs. the previous company is basically the definition of night and day; the staff at AConveyancing were efficient, friendly, always understood what was needed and importantly respected us.

After 5 months of pain and being continuously ignored by the previous company, it was finally going somewhere, and it was fast too! Absolutely outstanding and very safe to say I had a brilliant time working with them. Their Tamworth office front room is absolutely full of thank you cards for a reason. Thank you team!

AConveyancing, and specifically Samantha Jones, have been exceptional throughout both our sale and purchase. She has been professional, attentive, helpful, and patient (with me!) throughout the whole process - an absolute joy to work with. Scott Roberts also helped oversee our exchange whilst Samantha was away on leave, and was equally professional. All in all a stellar service across the board, we couldn't have been happier.

Absolute bunch of clowns. Came across them on my mortgage brokers panel and contacted as they were the closest to us via distance. Spoke to a lady and initially came across professional and reliable.
However since then the assurances given have come to nothing and not to be trusted or relied upon. Incompetence at it's best. Spoke to a lady called Anoushka on 3 occasions in 2 days and she seemed to recall who I was without giving my name. Says a lot about their customer service

Samantha and all of the Team @ Aconveyancing have been fantastic throughout . After a last minute withdrawal the first time selling and awful solicitors the other end we managed to resell quickly and luckily if it wasn't for Samantha and the team we wouldn't have been in before Christmas so thank you we would 100% recommend to all our friends and family.
