In 8 house moves we've never had such an unprofessional, unpleasant, dismissive, non-communicative conveyancer than we experienced with RBS from the West Bridgeford branch.
She almost led us to reporting her to the law ombudsman, due to mess-ups with contracts, not asking our vendors questions we needed answers to, not responding to emails, not communicating with the chain which resulted in weeks of further delays, being abrupt and acting against us rather than with us....to top it off, the Client Care Manager didn't even return our call!
Please note - The only thing effected by Covid was exchange of contracts.

Take heed, avoid this branch for your own sake, or you may find you walk away from the sale like we almost did.
