Save yourself time and money and do not use this guy. 5 years after we paid him to do a simple job, he's still not done it! To make matters worse he doesn't answer phone calls and haphazardly responds to email. Once he gets the money then he doesn't care.
Used Mike Dawson for property sale and he failed to register property with land registry, didn't inform us of complications and lied repeatedly when questioned about progress ect. Instead of making amendments and requesting new documents from previous owners, he let it all lapse and now 5 years later he has to start the process again. It has lost us nearly 2 sales and costs us so much. Biggest mistake we ever made. I hope this review saves someone ALOT of trouble.
