Anna Burnside is an expert estate planning and wealth management lawyer. Sympathetic and charming, she takes the trouble to explain everything yet remains quick, totally professional and very reasonably priced.

She has offices in a rural setting which means a calm environment, easy access and plenty of free parking. Strongly recommended.

Speechless on their accounting process. Will not go into details but shocking. Della Burnside needs to learn a better manner for dealing with complaints from clients against the company.

I instructed Tara McInnes from Burnside partnership. On the surface, she seemed effective and I had full confidence in her abilities.

I explained that my parents and I had been emotional and financially abused by my sister (a fellow executor).

From the outset, I requested financial transparency and to use junior solicitors for mundane, menial tasks to economise.

I put a good sum of money on account and was lead to believe that I was still using this money. I was shocked, when I was billed over £6,000, 2 months later .

Firstly. The company breached their own terms and conditions by not billing me every month, according to their t's & c's. They landed me with a huge bill with no real meaningful breakdown. They never used different pay graded staff as requested. Tara undertook and billed me for work which i instructed her NOT to do.

I complained to the Legal ombudsman and solicitors regulation authority, who were equally spineless and useless. It seems the legal fraternity have a symbiotic relationship.

I feel totally let down by the legal system and have lost hope in true justice.

Do not use this company. Very high fees and incompetence- they made a serious error and leaked personal data.

Anna Burnside did the probate for my parents wills. She was helpful, kind, sympathetic and professional. We were very pleased with the work that she did.
