Mann and Company Solicitors

Very slow service and taking too much work load even they knows they can't co op.
Not reading correctly other solicitors request and gives you surprises on the last day.
Please avoid DO not use because is cheap, better to pay more but you know what's job need doing and compete on time.

I would strongly advise all clients that are considering using this firm of solicitors to reconsider. I am the manager of an Estate Agents and have been in business for 15yrs and i have have had a sale proceeding with Mr Birry Mann for the last year and we have left over 50 messages for him without a single call back in return. We are finally at the point of exchanging contracts and the client has given his authority to proceed at 10am and yet he still is not responding (5 hours later) and he is about to lose several families there long awaited home. I have no idea what this firm charge as a fee but they are not worth a single penny. I can not believe that a qualified solicitor has the ability to deal with people in this manner. You can understand why conveyancing solicitors are really at the bottom of there pay grade if this is how they deal with people.

Buyer of my house is using these solicitors. Absolutely useless. Me and my buyer have been wanting to exchange for nearly a week and their solicitor isn't responding to their messages or the estate agent at all.

Me and my partner were first time buyers and we was recommended to use Mann and company. They helped us through with everything we needed. Would use them again.

RUBBISH!

Ill advised, very slow, imcompetent, rude secretaries, unresponsive, in a nutshell, simply unprofessional.

Mann & Company Solicitors are SIMPLY the BEST Solicitors we have ever used. they are first class in everything they under take or do for you. We have used Mr Mann for years to buy a property and sell our property and every time he gives you 110% service and it never wavers or drops down. nothing is too much trouble you get looked after and helped no matter how many times you ask for information it is given prompt and until you understand what has been told to you. The staff are absolutely lovely so polite and helpful always happy to help you. They do not over charge either in fact we think they are very reasonable indeed. FANTASTIC solicitor We can not say how much we think of Mann & Company or how highly we can recommend them enough. We have used other solicitors over the previous years before Mann & Company but Mann & Company certainly out shine them all. We have NEVER been kept waiting or left hanging to come back to us. As we stated a very prompt service has always been given to us and we have bought and sold many properties over the years.

Birry Mann is very helpful when you eventually get through to him but his support staff leave a lot to be desired. We used Mann & Co a couple of years ago for a small job & came back as a returning client last month with another job (somewhat larger than before) but was chasing and chasing the secretaries for updates & clarifications with no joy. Last Tuesday I rang 5 times during the day to speak to someone & left a couple of messages for someone to call me back but no response. I gave them a couple of days to call me back but still no response so I’ve had to go to another firm to get the job done.

Superb service for buying and selling a house ,totally top notch ,the team there keep you informed every step of the way during g the process and nothing is too much trouble.
Not only are they great at service but also very much cheaper than other similar services ,definitely recommend.
