Totally at a loss !!! amateurish and diabolical is the only way I can describe this firm of (would not call solicitors) !!!
After representing my son in what ended up with a mental health order we were told "the outcome" .... CASE FINISHED?
To find out 18 months later it was still ongoing? Yet my son's own representatives had NO idea?
I would normally laugh but the real failure for this company is it's clients, whom they obviously don't care enough about or are inadequately qualified to represent them in the first place?
RUN AWAY OR EXPECT THE WORSE !!!!

I was asked to attend a local police station after agreeing to attend a voluntary interview. I rang Carter Osborne on the recommendation of a colleague and was told that one of their solicitors would meet me at the agreed time and date of the interview.

I was met by Nigel who reassured me and explained the process to myself which was most welcome considering I was unfamiliar with the process of the police interview.

Nigel’s advice was timely, straight to the point and helped me avoid what would of been a time consuming and lengthy process.
