After experiencing difficulties with our first conveyancer we were recommended Andrew Gordon & Co .
Debra and her team took over our case . The service was second to none, emails and requests were responded to very quickly, every searches was analysed thoroughly ,communication with our seller's solicitor was efficient and we were always kept updated .

Had the misfortune of using this firm to move house in 2018, pretty sure they should know what porting a mortgage is, they don't, they also sent my father's bank statements to me instead of him, completely different address to mine! Was persuaded to use these by Jackson Grundy Estate agents, choose wisely, never again would I go with this lot.

I used Andrew, Gordon and co. For my sale and difficult purchase. Debra, Gemma and their teams were absolutely brilliant. They kept us in the loop at every stage and did everything they could to ensure we were able to complete within the time frame. 10/10 service and would highly recommend they for any conveyancing needs!

This was the second time we had used AG &Co for a sale and purchase and we would not consider using another firm.
This time we had a problematic sale that was very stressful. Throughout our conveyancer, Becky Colledge and her colleagues were highly efficient, clear in their advice and showed great empathy with us a clients under significant pressure.
AG& Co have clear communication and importantly work hard to protect the best interests of their clients. We were also impressed that if our conveyancer was unavailable a colleague who was familiar with our file was always on hand to deal with nu urgent matters or offer assistance.
