Duncan Lewis was supposed to help my son get his daughter as taken from the mother at birth. We new nothing off pregnancy, Amelia Davey knew my son had stepped up as a young dad and wanted his baby straight away after it took 3 months for children's services to get one. She refused to speak in front of me and rudely spoke placing her hand infront off my face. Treated her secatary like something you scrap off your shoes. She never helped in any way took no statements from family members etc, and said to my son who was 16, get a 2 bedroom fly, a full time job within a week. She claimed legal aid over the dates she never represented my son and agreed adoption was the best option. Now a solicitor who knew he had never been in trouble, didn't say nothing about locking my son in the family court in cardiff, false information however was made , she never said anything about the lies cardif social services said, instead the police had to make a call and they chose to ignore them. I was told once it was stamped February 22nd 2016, adoption, judge gave 3 options and none was for the baby to be brought home to her family. I went and represented myself and son and paid the money, now we are still fighting for my granddaughter to be returned home and reunited with her dad immidiatly as she's 13 months, only contact was allowed, never helped to get her home in any way. I will now be seeking legal advice upon this solicitors Duncan Lewis who is supposed to be the best, and sueing the company and Amelia davey struck of as my son had dislexia, called her a uncle a down syndrome, he was born prematurely. That don't make him Down syndrome, my other son was classed as other step brother dead. Who the hell would put something like that and took advantage off someone with a disability. She's supposed to be behind her clients as I'm sure many will agree, I would like To also say I'd never advise anyone to go nowhere near this company in child procedures in court, if you want to see your child/children again, criminal or to stay in the country. I contacted head office I had 1 phone call in February reguards to the complaint and heard nothing since were in October going BK to court privately. I've also asked to buy all transcripts from the day Duncan Lewis represented my son to the very end 22/2/2016. Only 3 hearings refused to ask the judge to debar down, our lives has been turned upside down and the long term effect that this will cause as told is a tragedy, we won't give up on my granddaughter and you will answer to the treatment my son received off your company.... BEAWARE SOLICITORS WORK WITH CHILD SERVICES WE HAVE PROVED IT AND THATS BAD . Thought the curruption was bad enough but someone I trusted to look after my 16 years old son abused him and others professionals in a family court. #babysnatchers earning money out of misery. DISGUSTING

This is worst company I have ever seen ,it is more than 3 mounts I waited for 1 email and no one replay me and no one care about that .
I called them 10 times ,still nothing happened .

When you enter the building as a big company you would expect not to enter with wires hanging from the ceilings, aware cheap mats you stick together as carpet (temp accom normally) then with buckets collecting water in Dec 2015. Has not changed [[health an saftey wise and protection of " consumers rights and protection" eg misrepresentation legal not qualified also while also on other side of world was supposed to be doing a case]]
Review of solicitors I can only comment on 1 and her secretary/assistant she used as a lap dog and spoke to her in a disgraceful manner. Just returning to the UK in Nov/December 2015 FACT. They said a solicitor will be avaluble to see you Dec 2015, gaining records from court we didnt know about Jan 3rd 2016. I had already contacted 3 prior as L.A. went to court without telling parent's & issuing legal documents and was to late in the stages, even though parent rang everyday an not once told. I was told pro- bona by L.A.??? First hearing as no papers was at 22 weeks Jan11th 2016 , judge with no jurisdiction , to sit case sitting alonein single procedure... a FH/placement order and went on no evidence without "all who held legal residance orders and full legal rights". solicitor didn't tell anyone that day she was leaving (26 week time frame 4 wks later) an certainly not the courts there is a form to hand in by solicitor LLB, didnt pass family devision till August 2016 even though relocated in another firm back in AUZ . Director Refused files, stating went to head office, this was vaunrable children( lacked capacity with 1 having full time carer his parent" neither has SW . The hildren were called migrants , and abandoned the case,refused to disclose to parents and hand over bundles- leaving 12 vital errors and didn't defend false allegations of criminal records, sentences didnt exist, I could carry on but best to stay well away... 4 British children were put down as migrants by LA . Claimed full LAA funding, and it swans off to another solicitors in Auz after leaving case "22nd Feb 2016". The head office has refused emails and no reply to letrers, now that evidence was withheld and new evidence that should have been disclosed wasn't they breached DO A 1998 no assessments carried out, no consent for child's medical files or parent's and certainly not appointed as "successors of real property and inheritence" for any of the children. So be warned, there is also failing to comply etc etc.
balance of probabilities , children need protection and adequate representatives being denied UNCRC an human rights by people who put costs before children. 1 baby sustained several injuries it should have been disclosed. Defamation and telling a child to lie, a child is financially dependant on there parent's in case this firm , L.A. an guardian fogot and illegal to sign documents in others names. Stay well away. Another lady was refused to be represented in court for adoption however there doing the sibling case where the child is coming out of foster care. CA1989 incompatible with PACE.. ("breach of "the conventions" themselves in particular Hague Brussels II , UCC code. A child can only be registered once its "given name" not 2 dates mixing sex of newborns up.

Awful service. Avoid at all costs

Called to book for legal representation and the call handler was rude and huffed and puffed when I asked why a call back would take 24 hours when I was paying for legal representation. I have never dealt with a solicitor whose gate keeper was both rude and took personal offence at being politely challenged about call back times. Shame really I'll take my money elsewhere.

I would definitely recommend Duncan Lewis solicitors limited especially Rohenaw . she is patient and very understanding. I had a very complicated case but with Rohenaw I had hopes as she believed in me and my story. With she support, skills and professionalism my case succeeded. She wasn’t just a solicitor but also a friend.
