She kept in touch from start to finish and always had the time to make sure I understood what was happening throughout the sale. She was easy to get hold of and returned every call & email. She has provided my wife and I excellent service over the years. She is extremely thorough in her work and always comes back to us with answers to our queries. I have found her colleague Lucy to be also very prompt at responding and helping us find answers to queries too. Kim always goes out of her way to ensure that we are happy and that a transaction goes as smoothly as possible.

L G Williams & Prichard where recommended to me by Redrow to sell my old property and buy my new Redrow home. I was glad I used them, Sian Mills and Louise Flynn looked after me and I could not of been in better hands. They delivered a great professional service but also showed a human side which was warm and welcoming with occasional humour which was needed at times. This is my fourth house move and I must say that I have found previous solicitors companies too mechanical and although Sian and Louise functioned like a well oiled machine their human side really made the difference and helped my stress levels.
