brilliant service from all,welcomed by secretary when you ring or go in on appointments.They specialises in criminal and family cases with highly recommendation,there honest and goes out of there way to help you. I can honestly say I've known 1 for about 25 years and she's a outstanding solicitor and deals in criminal law,she's honest and straight to the point. Many solicitors will try to prolong cases but these don't. We currently have them at the moment in family and they have all been fantastic in all honesty,if they think you have a case they will take it all the way.
We have had a bad experience before coming here with another company,but at Malloy and Barry there totally different and are always honest with you like I said.. nothing is never to much.

I have worked with Mahbuba and mr Barry and the staff at Malloy and Barry for over a year now both in care proceedings and private proceedings, they are excellent at what they do!! Mahbuba especially did all my paperwork and was brilliant never did I have to wait she would always be on top of everything I was well represented by barrister mr James Lewis who is exemplary very neat and switched on also had (hons) Mahbuba Ali the whole team have been supportive and always there to help and have never lied about anything, dot on reception is lovely lady it is nice to phone them and they know it’s me as soon as I speak, everyone don’t be afraid of judge parry she helped me see a very controlled situation, she leaves no stone unturned.

I commented on here when I asked a solicitor to step in urgently , one abandoned the case and didn't notify the court's on the day of trial and moved. However knowing false documents had been submitted by local authority and unregistered social workers, a infant sustained 4 seperate head injuries more evidence came to light, this was not put to the court's and counsel who i was asked to find attended with no documents? solicitors were paid, which can be proven , Secretary is not legal and told local authorities of what the defence had. Tampering with evidence isn't seen as criminal in a family court however is in a criminal. Knowing a parent hadn't recieved notice should have been told to court's.
