I had a Statutory Declaration that I needed a local impartial solicitor to sign for a new lease on an office. I got a same day appointment with Susan who swiftly dealt with my enquiry. Professional & efficient.

Excellent solicitors, pleasant ,helpful, informative, made you feel welcome. We had Suzanne which was lovely for my mum to have some one that would help and talk to her.
Only downside....press a button on front door hardly jeans, door locked, when opened dark unwelcoming hall way...more like a old oensioners place. Can't fault staff all lovely but needs more welcoming area????

Terrible website, phone line shuts at 3pm and then I call in the morning and get a very unhelpful automated message. Might be great with existing customers though.

I don't usually do a review but I am absolutely disgusted by the service provided by this company. My son and daughter had IPD1 forms verified by a solicitor in this company and were charged £150 per form a total of £300. My husband and I had the same forms verified by another Solicitor in Mold and were charged £90 per form a total of £180. How can they justify this charge ?

We were very happy with this company. In what would usually be a stressful time selling and purchasing a property, the staff at Capper & Jones fully explained every process and any reasons for delays to us. This helped keep us updated and ready for exchange. We can’t thank them enough. The transition on moving day ran very smoothly all thanks to the hard work put in leading up to the day. Everything fell in to place and that was down to the professionalism and hard work that went on behind the scenes whilst we were packing! I won’t hesitate to use this firm again.

I cannot praise this solictors more. They were so helpful, patient, understanding and professional whilst helping my husband and I purchasing our home.
