Promised 5 day turnaround on a property conveyance review. Over two weeks later they still haven't completed their review and we are still unable to exchange contracts, risking a total breakdown of the chain.

Poor communication, poor deadline keeping.

Poor service used the firm for mediation then when go to use again they say conflict off interest when firstly that should of been stated to the other party as they approached firm after us. and secondaly being penalised for that same party against another member off the family. 2 separate court cases with 2 separate matters .
