This is the third time I have used Roger James Clements & Partners for a house sale/purchase and each time I have been very impressed with how smooth and seamless the process has been. I was kept up to date at each stage and I was responded to very quickly whenever I had a query. In particular, Matthew has been very professional and knowledgeable, going out of his way to helping us to understand what was going on at each stage. We have been able to complete in a timely manner which we are incredibly thankful for. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the future.

Had a very smooth house purchase process with RJCP. Hannah was very helpful, everytime we had any doubts, she was just a phone call/email away, prompt reply and very patient. We didn't even notice those 3 & 1/2 months going by to be honest. We didn't have to chase them all the time to get an update, they were working behind the scenes and that was such a massive weight off the shoulders. Thank you Hannah and Jasmine. I have used Hannah twice, to sell and to buy. Hannah provides the best service. I work within the housing market and have had contact with many solicitors over the years (previously as an estate agent). Hannahs communication and speed are incredible - if you are buying or selling Hannah will ensure your side of the chain will never be blamed for slowness. You would surely want to be able to interact with a human who understands the stress you are going through and puts your mind at ease. Someone who knows their job and you can trust to do it well. Luckily I chose Roger James Clements & Partners, in this case, Stephen Thomas. I can’t recommend enough how well he put my mind at ease and made a very complicated process seem undaunting.
