It could / should have been quicker because there was no chain, but we were waiting on the

Writing this review on behalf of my sister, after witnessing what an awful, emotional time she’s had, using this solicitors for the sale of her home. 5pm yesterday, Wednesday the 21st December-received the keys to her new home, after waiting all day, with very little communication on their behalf. 5:40pm the new owners to her home pull up outside, demanding her out! 40mins after receiving the keys, theyre standing in the kitchen, verbally intimidating her into her giving the keys over to them. An awful, emotional time in her life having to deal with this! Very unprofessional
