From the view of someone on the end off a buyer using these solicitors, it was extremely slow, email were sent from my solicitors that weren't replied to for weeks, in the end the sale fell through after 8 weeks, but they still hadn't completed all the searches, replied to enquiries etc. Poor. Avoid at all costs.

Louise and her staff were really good on what was a very awkward sale having to deal with the Developers Solicitors . Arwel and Tracy have been quick to respond to all emails, message etc, even when things have been very busy due to the stamp duty holiday and market conditions. Arwel has worked weekends, and very long hours, yet has managed to be available to us at all times, and has done everything that one would hope of him He has remained well ahead of the other solicitors involved in our chain, and can be relied upon and trusted.
We would strongly recommend both Arwel and Tracy, and we will return to use their services again in the future
